Visited Church Hill to check of facility. Discussed the collection system inspection equipment. found the camera is obsolete so no replacement parts are available. There is no recorder in the system. The equipment trailer for the camera is still useable as far as is known. the equipment trailer is stored under cover. Discussed the need to at least smoke test suspected problem areas. discussed the telemetry for the pumps. In past visits the flow rates shown by the system were obviously wrong. They discussed a system software update this fall that they are hoping will correct the problem. I explained that they should contact the company rep to correct the problems with the system now so that they can identify areas that need to be further assessed for I&I.
