Grading has begun for both phases of the project. A general lack of EPSCs near LOD limits allowing sediment to escape offsite. Some EPSCs have been installed (silt fence), but areas which are in need of maintenance. Detention pond (not functioning as a sediment basin) appears to have discharged untreated stormwater at outfall structure. Need to install all appropriate EPSCs and maintain them until permanent stabilization is achieved.
