Troxel has been reporting monitoring not required (MNR) for Total Toxic Organics, but had not included the certification statement listed in 40 CFR 433.12 in the “comments” section of the DMR. 9 permit limit exceedances since last inspection. Water was circumventing the weir at IMP02B. IMP02B was also discharging to the surface. was observed near the wastewater lagoons was not in accordance with the NPDES permit. Seepage was observed on the west bank of the sanitary sewage lagoon. Troxel had not been recording the actual calibrated values for monitoring equipment.
