Notes
Vegetation on fence of spillway discharge channel and in rip-rap on downstream slope needs to be controlled more regularly. It was noted during inspection that contractors were in process of trimming vegetation in these areas. Previously sealed joints between concrete slabs was cracking again and should be re-evaluated and sealed as needed. Plants were noted to be growing in several of the joint cracks. Some concrete deterioration was noted on crest and at joints of downstream slope. Properly address the deteriorating and separating locations of concrete structure. Structure appears to be mostly well maintained and structurally sound.
