Some issues noted in previous inspections were still ongoing at time of the inspection-still have large build-ups of material in oxidation ditch with vegetation growing on it, not following proper sampling techniques for E.coli. In addition, the samples for biomonitoring were being collected upstream of disinfection (permit requires sampling of final effluent) and they failed to conduct quarterly WET testing in 1st quarter of 2019 (only conducted TRE of C. dubia). They are maintaining records of temperature logs and instrument calibrations, but some gaps in data were noted, as some days they did not record time or theoretical values for dissolved oxygen.
