Notes
On July 17, I met with Justin Thomas, who recently became the superintendent over water and wastewater for the City of Pikeville. We discussed drinking water regulations, flushing, cross connection, sanitary surveys, and reporting requirements. I have also sent him some e-mail guidance on lead and copper monitoring requirements.
