The City of Clarksville requested a meeting for the Division to attend regarding the City's response and efforts in reducing overflows and releases, specifically chronic overflows. The information presented demonstrates the City’s extensive effort to reduce inflow, infiltration, and SSOs. Flow data and the geographical information system (GIS) interface established an effective program. Should new chronic locations occur, the City is aware to ensure it abides by the permit requirements to either implement a self-imposed moratorium or require another meeting to justify a waiver not to implement one.
