Notes
Facility is well maintained and operated. Facility personnel conduct routine checks and maintenance of facility each shift and these checks are well documented. They are in process of replacing influent flow meter. It was noted that some of the aerators for the oxidation ditch were out of order, but repairs are underway or already scheduled to be completed within the next few weeks. Site records are organized and appear to contain all the relevant information. The facility was flagged for a non-reporting violation for their Feb. 2018 C. dubia portion of biomonitoring requirements. However, this was due to an error on the part of the contract lab. The effluent was retested in March 2018 with passing results. No effluent violations for the WWTP were reported from August 2017-February 2019.
