Notes
Inspection of lagoon showed a slough off on the North side of the lagoon. Cracks along the access road was seen. The lagoon bank is in danger of failing. Conner Franklin talked to City's consultants and he had development a plan to draw down the 1st cell of the lagoon in order to construct a bank across the 1st cell of the lagoon which would isolate the slough off area making it smaller. Influent would all be discharged to the 2nd cell during the operation. This operation was already planned using grant money.
