Notes
I met with Cecil Wilson and Mike Bryan at City Hall and then toured the wastewater treatment plant. Franklin Stanford resigned. Cecil continues as Superintendent and Mike Bryan has been hired as his assistant. Cecil is losing his CS certification later this year. Mike is being sent to school with the intention of earning his licenses.
There were a couple of bare places on the lagoon dikes where turtles sun themselves. The grass needed mowing, especially around the old WWTP. The outfall sign had been knocked over, probably during the flood.
