I met with Cecil Wilson at City Hall and went over August's DMR & MOR. I explained to him how to calculate percent removal, loading and geometric mean for e. coli. I left a sheet with instructions and examples for those calculations. He said ultimately Bryan, who was away at school. would be getting his licenses and handling the reports.
