Current status of the STP was discuss with Mayor Spears and the STP Operators. The condition of the headworks and overflows were discussed. Picking - up where the former Mayor left-off with correcting the headworks operation was discussed. The former Mayor had started working on the issue with James C. Hailey and Company. Discussion of solids monitoring and a plan for removal was discussed.
