Some of the problems had been corrected while others had not. PKB observed the slopes on either side of a wet weather conveyance had recently been cleared and grubbed (since his last inspection on 16-JAN-2013) but there were no controls in place to prevent sediment from entering the wet weather conveyence. PKB informed owner/minor partner Doug Stein of the issues and of the fact that they had not been corrected since PKB's phone call to Brian Pimberton. On 05-FEB-2013, PKB sent a letter to Brian Pimberton regarding the issues at the site. Progress reports with photos sent to PKB via email indicate that the issues at the site are being addressed.
