Met with consultants and toured site in respect to Corrective action plans and removal of sediment from state waters. No removal of sediment has occurred it was requested that removal begin immediately. We discussed options of enforcement and how to move the case forward since many areas of state waters had been impacted. The permittee was to begin removal of sediment immediately.
