Permit requires quarterly reporting, permittee submits reports monthly at the end of the following month. This causes the third month of each quarter to be late (postmarked after 15th). Permittee will correct moving forward. Has system map. Visited 4 pump stations: Fergus Road, Hollandale, Chaney Woods, and Ivy Point. All have auto-dialers for power loss and high level alarms. Most had auto-start generators, LVUD has portable generator as well. Ongoing rehab projects, including moving a main interceptor from beneath E. Fork Hurricane Creek. Construction site for this project was also visited. No other issues noted.
