On site meeting was held with recently hired consulting firm, RS Miller Group, Inc. CAP requirements were discussed, and current stream conditions were observed. Vegetation has been naturally reestablished along the banks, but rock check dams have not been removed from channel. Corrective actions should still be implemented to reform in-channel structures, further establish riparian zone, etc. Revised CAP will be submitted by RS Miller Group in the coming weeks.
