If time-proportional composite sampling is used at the industries, the rationale must be documented, and the permits should consistently state the correct sampling type. Crossville's local limits and SUO were resubmitted and are being reviewed. Crossville's technical evaluation of the need to revise local limits and IWS were less than 30 days late.
