There were a few areas in record keeping that needed attention.
There was a lagoon, which had wastewater in it on day of inspection which is not accounted for in CNMP. CNMP needs to be updated to include this lagoon. Depending on how/if this lagoon is connected with the other 3 lagoons a depth marker may be required in this lagoon.
There was not a depth marker in the lower lagoon clearly identifiable by TDEC on day of inspection. Producer needs to have a clearly identifiable depth marker in lower lagoon.
