8/14-16/12, CSI & collection system inspection. Treatment plant: various corrective action completed per their response to NOV last year, still have significant problems at treatment plant, more frequent cleaning of structures, drying beds cleared / operational, no engineering evaluation of plant yet / engineer hasn't visited plant, no current SOP or storm mode of operation, ammonia high on Mondays if no sludge wasting on Sat./Sun., not recording/reporting any operational testing on MORs, not collecting complete set of effluent parameters on same days, composite sampler tubing needs cleaning/changing more often. Collection system: one sewer rehab. project underway (short sections of line) dueto finish 8/31/12, 4 pump stations and 1 residential grinder pump in collection system, checked daily 7/week, 2 don't have any alarms, none have telemetry, not all secured with locks on control panels or wet well hatches, overflows frequent at 2 stations / at head of STP / 1 manhole due to I/I. ****** State lab split sample results received 9/19/12. (waiting on information from operator)
