When the City updates their Stormwater Ordinances, we recommend defining “priority site” to include sites that discharge to ETW or 303(d) listed streams, as required by the current MS4 permit. The City should document complaints as they are called in for tracking purposes and communication with other agencies. Consider requesting copies of revised plans for your files.
