The system received an NOV for not testing all of their backflow prevention devices annually. This was a repeat violation from the previous year. Daily verifications on the turbidimeters were not being conducted properly and the turbidimeter was not recalibrated with primary standards when required.
The system submitted SOPS and backflow prevention tests both by August 25, 2017.
