Facility is under now ownership, Arcosa Aggregates. CN-1090 Permit Coact form sent with letter. With the exception of the Permit’s contact information and ownership, paperwork is currently well organized and easily accessible, and a copy of the Permit is available on site. Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) noted three pH violations, two of which were submitted with values of 2.79 for January 2024 and 1.33 for July 2022. Based on the calibration documentation reviewed and the operable condition of the facility's pH probe, these values were likely due to operator error but could not be confirmed. Initial Calibration Verification (ICV) and Continuous Calibration Verification (CCV) methods were discussed and recommended to help prevent data drift during sampling and document QA/QC practices should the data reported need to be substantiated.

Outfall SW03 could not be located due to the large overburden from the marina expansion activities, which rendered the area inaccessible. Given the significant amounts of material, stormwater cannot be conveyed toward the approved outfall location; instead, stormwater would flow towards SW02 and along the haul road connecting the overburdened stockpile area to the northwest. The facility employs Eurofins as their contract lab for Total Suspended Solids and Oil & Grease effluent parameters. Outfall 001 was inspected, and its effluent had no observable impact on the receiving stream. The facility appears to be well-maintained and operated
