12/13,14,16/12 & 1/12/12 sludge wasting problems creating permit violations and being released into the Cumberland Rr; clarifiers had solids caked on the overflow weirs. Bob Odette and I met with city officials to discuss sludge wasting options.
Influent and effluent samplers set as time-proportional instead of flow-proportional. Otherwise, only minor deficiencies cited. BGL
