Cordell said the backhoe had been repaired but Mr. Palmer's mother's line had not yet been repaired. He also said money is in place for the lagoon dikes to be repaired and that engineers are working out the final details.
He and I went to the main lift station and found one of the pumps in the "off" position. Cordell said he thinks it needs some fine adjusting to keep it from losing prime so the other is used as a lead pump and this one is turned on only when necessary.
