Facility's Individual NPDES permit expired on October 31, 2016. TDEC sent a Permit Expiration Notification Letter on November 7, 2016. Facility's TSP, Mr. J.T. Workman, has been in contact with TDEC-NCO regarding completing CNMP for facility. TSP is working to update/revise CNMP in order to submit for permit renewal. Requested the facility to submit for permit renewal by May 31, 2017.
Most of the required records were being maintained. Only record not being maintained were weather conditions at time of manure applications. Provided Mr. Fowler with an example record form to keep track of weather conditions during manure applications.

Application for NPDES Permit Renewal submitted April 25, 2017.
CNMP was approved by the TDA on April 27, 2017.
