Conducted site visit follow-up assess condition of drip fields and RSF. Drip field located off of Windhaven Bay had numerous areas of pooled water and excessive surface saturation. No water was observed flowing off site. Drip field adjacent to RSF had some areas of pooling water and surface saturation near entrance to field and at back, southeastern corner of field. The RSF appeared to be in the same condition as noted in the July 2018 NOV issued following a compliance inspection on 6-22-18.
