Notes
Facility routinely exceeds limits for nutrients, ammonia. Sludge is disposed of in a holding lagoon that is hydraulically connected to an equalization lagoon which may be affecting treatment. Large tree growing in aeration basin; operator says it can't be removed due to being wrapped around a mud valve, but allowing it to continue to grow may damage that valve. Clarifier troughs were choked with filamentous algae; operators clean routinely. Lab clean, organized, analyses are well documented. New plant construction has been bid out.
