Notes
The facility has four storm water Outfalls permitted under the NPDES permit. Only Outfall SW1 failed the 48-hr acute biomonitoring test for Ceriodaphnia and, as a result, Buckman will have to conduct semiannual biomonitoring on SW1 for the duration of the permit. Subsequent tests (3 tests) at Outfall SW1 me the value set in the permit. Inspection also revealed few exceedances above the Benchmark Value at certain Outfalls.
