Notes
Routine inspection in response to permit renewal request. Site is presently inactive and mostly vegetated aside from graveled roads and storage areas. There is a permanent processing plant which appeared inoperable and two portable crushers. One of the portable crushers was not assembled and the other was assembled but did not appear operational. No mining or processing is actively occurring on site. The treatment basin was dry and no discharge from the site was occurring. No problems noted.
