Plant is under renovation & construction of new SBR units, influent headworks & later construction of clarifiers & effluent filters with old chlorine contact chamber to be renovated/improved, now able to meet effluent limits better due to taking one clarifier out of service (wasting rate too high & no control valve), influent & effluent time composite sampling instead of proportional to flow due to construction, effluent sampler tubing in very poor condition & sampler foot coated in sludge from deposits in current sampling location (not normal sampling location), other issues affecting operations due to construction phases, SBR are units due to be put into service by 10/31/16, recordkeeping is good, lab analysis equipment & procedures appropriate.
