Standing water observed in drip field, may be due to recent rains, no noticeable odor, will revisit during dry weather. Regularly exceeding permit nitrate limit, not testing for BOD5 as required, testing for fecal coliform instead of E. Coli. Signs at drip field do not contain correct language.
Revisited site on 4/7/10 after a couple of days of dry weather. There was no standing water observed in the drip field. Soil was checked in a few random locations, soil was not unusually wet or soggy. Correct signage had been installed since previous visit.
