Notes
Sampling and laboratory good. Reliable self-monitoring.
Sims Branch severely polluted. Condition of pollution extended upstream of wastewater treatment plant outfall. Obviously, significant amount of de-icing fluids are going directly to Sims Branch and not to the WWTP.
Condition of pollution extends downstream through Century City office park. Sewage fungus and black sludge present.
The permit includes inaccurate location information for some outfalls. I have corrected those errors in WaterLog.
