Evidence of sediment leaving site both in northwestern and southwestern sections toward stream buffer zone. Areas of site where stabilization has been attempted but not maintained due to formation of rills and gullies, overwhelmed rock check dams in diversion swale. Questionable sediment basin area filled with sediment. Many silt fences and erosional eels in need of maintenance. See NOV on site page for photos.
4-16-19 Received NOV response with photos showing removed sediment, stabilized buffers, inlet protections, and regraded sediment basins. Will return site to compliance.
