Most sediment basins had been converted to post-development detention basins. Most areas of the site were stable. One area near the Loop Track - approx.. 100 S.F.; unstable, gullied. Bare soil areas, gullies, and erosion around box outfall structure, under walkway, and around walkway piers in Perm. Basin 4 (former Sed. Basin 1). South of light pole 132 along east side of railyard, one severe slump/washout & several minor slump/washouts observed. Also unstable were sandy bottoms of low-flow channels in Sed. Basin 4/Perm. Basin 3. While mostly well-vegetated overall, the site does not meet criteria set forth in Section 8 of the CGP for submittal of a Notice of Termination. See detailed inspection report in file.
