Partial Inspection conducted to see if site is still active. NPDES permit for the facility expired October 22, 2019.

Facility was in operation at the time of my visit. I observed two trucks come into the site to be loaded. There was an excavator and bulldozer at the site.

There was a discharge at Outfall 001 at the time of my visit. The ditch along the haul road that Outfall 001 discharges to has recently been cleaned out.

The sediment basin still has not had the sediment delta removed from it.

A significant amount of asphalt has been dumped at the site. The asphalt was in large chunks that had been broken up.
