In compliance. Local limts and protection criteria approved in March 2023. The SIU's permit was modified to include the updated limits. Johns Mansville flow increased in the modifid permit up to 225,000 gpd. A new industry, Piedmont Lithium is aplying to discharge, production expected in 2027. A plant upgrade is planned to accomodate the new industry. Waupaca foundry site may have a new tennant. A company that refurbishes equipment fo the oil and gas industry has inquired about the property. Johns Manville was visited during the inspection. They are in compliance with their permit. A slug discharge control plan is maintained by the SIU, copy on file with the utility.
