Notes
APF and GKB met with site manager Joe Lurgio to discuss the drinking water that was used onsite. They are currently open 40 nights per year and do not meet the definition of a public water system. They are only using water at the sinks in the bathrooms. It is water that is hauled in using a fire truck and pumped into a holding tank. We collected a sample and it was positive for total coliform and E. coli. We provided guidance to disinfect the tank and the water lines. The sinks have non-potable signs posted next to them and hand sanitizer is provided. We will maintain contact with them to see if they begin to have more concerts and meet the definition of a public water system. Public water lines are located less than 2 miles from the venue.
