According to the operator, measurements of both lagoon effluent flow and creek flow are unreliable. A component of the actuator valve is missing. The grass needs to be cut along the fence and dikes. The bridge on the road into the wastewater plant needs repair. Some of the plumbing at the wastewater laboratory/office needs repair. There are two small gullies on the spray field site that need to be filled and seeded. The operator should be more familiar with the spray field system. Several lift station pumps needed repair.
