Site remains out of compliance, with no portion of the March 2024 CAP implemented. EPSC BMPs not fully installed or not maintained, and sediment continues to escape site and enter Waters of the State. Unrepaired sinkhole in Sediment Basin 1 discharging untreated stormwater into groundwater table, and Sediment Basin 2 discharging sediment-laden water offsite and into UT to French Broad River. Will follow up with MS4 and its enforcement response plan. See inspection report for more details.
