The following are deficiencies seperate and apart of the Commissioners Order WPC12-01468.
1. Air conditioner not operating in the lab building
2 Mold problem in lab,equipment area and bathroom
3. No hot water in lab
4. Eight lift stations do not have two operating pumps
5. Inflow and/or infiltration problem
Commissioner's order addresses problems at the plant and inflow and/or infiltration problems.
The agreed order sets deadlines for correction that must be made .
