TDEC inspectors conducted an inspection as part of the application review period. This facility currently has permit coverage under a TMSP Sector J. The permittee wishes to obtain individual NPDES permit coverage to process rock on site. This facility was not processing rock and no equipment to process rock was on site at the time of inspection. The facility was not discharging at the time of inspection. The location of the proposed pond was inspected and the location was deemed appropriate. The permittee stated that he wants to recycle the water as he needs water and does not intend to have discahrges.
This site is deemed in compliance at the time of inspection.
