Treatment units were all in operation & functioning normally, one blower motor out of service but dual motors still available, numerous effluent limit violations over the past 2 years but no violations the last 2 months after making operational adjustments, records & reports were on file as required & adequate. Major plant upgrades / improvements planned. Severe problems with I/I & number of overflow events (688 in previous 3 years). Sewer rehabilitation project underway & more planned. 2nd plant visit & collection system inspection will be conducted.
