Gary Burriss and I visited with Michael Yoder and their new certified operator, Dewayne Mikel, to discuss requirements for the water treatment plant. We discussed rules and regulations, the improvements that have been made since the previous survey, and work that it is still needed. We were onsite for 2.5 hours.
