In conjunction with a Complaint Investigation concerning odor and possible run-off to wetlands or streams. Mr. Petrie can apply up to 5,700 gallons of hog waste per acre on his pastures according to his CNMP. He applied 3,000 gallons on 8 May 2014; which amounted to 122.4 pounds of Nitrogen per acre. I used his most recent manure analysis this year (done on each barn) and calculated how much N was applied, He is keeping the records required under is permit coverage and did submit his Annual Report this year.
