if any unit is set to manual mode, operator must stay at the facility until unit is returned to auto mode
sludge wasting is done in the manual mode
they clean the claifier overflow area D/S of the metal weirs w/12% bleach solution.
per DJE, they monitor TRC about 45 min after clarifier is returned to service (this is about 4 hr after cleaning)
I asked them to check TRC every 5 min for 1 hr, after clarifer is returned to service - send results of several monitoring events for me to review
this will help determine when TRC should be monitored
