Pond 3 has not been started due to streams/wetlands in proposed pond footprint. Meeting and site inspection today with TDEC staff, Prep Plant staff, and Daryll Hall engineer with concensus that the proposed pond location will be moved North without changing DMP location (Minor Modification).
