Sweeper tie rod was broken, resulting in loss of sediment to roadways.
New part came during post inspection conference
Parking area outside of boundary was added along far side of road (Back of site). Map needs to describe current condition.
Also, Wetland next to site has a bunch of tree slash etc that needs removal. Slash was reportedly cut and left by TDOT road crew.
Sampling Records need more detail. .Always include sampler's initials...
