Partial inspection conducted by Josh Frazier and Matt Harris. Inspected all outfalls and treatment basins. No discharges were noted at 006 or 010. Minimal discharge noted at Outfall 007. Groundwater seepage was observed 1/2 down the spillway of Outfall 007. Inspected the developing wetlands leading to Outfall 007. Water present in pools. Vegetation is thriving. Check dams are functioning properly. Scoured erosion in bends leading to Outfall 007 is healing.
