The facility has applied for coverage as a No Discharge facility that utilizes a series of six settling basins followed by a retention pond for treatment of the site's process wastewater and a majority of the site's stormwater. The retention pond is not shown on the current site-map; Mr. Orion Fox is aware of including the retention pond when resubmitting the facility's Notice of Intent (NOI). Truck washout is discharged into the first of a series of concrete basins. Once the water discharges from the series of basins, it goes into the retention pond. No discharge was evident from the retention pond.

The facility generally appears in compliance with its permit. The primary concerns noted during the inspection include missing SWPPP information, training, and annual review; missing annual compliance inspections; and DMR submissions before the end of the monitoring period.
