Notes
Inspection conducted as a routine inspection. Most of the required records are being maintained and were available to review on day of inspection. Facility was not maintaining records of weather conditions at time of manure applications. Indicated to facility I would email them a form which they could use to record weather conditions when applying manure to their wastewater application fields.
There was a depth marker present in the wastewater lagoon; however, it was difficult to see any marks on it. Facility indicated they would install a new depth marker so it will be easier to gauge depth of manure in the wastewater lagoon. Requested the facility to email me a picture of new depth marker once installed. Mr. David Warchol indicated on 5-11-21 via phone that a new depth marker was ordered and the facility should send a picture once it is installed.
An annual manure analysis was not available for review at time of Inspection. Requested facility to email me a copy of the most recent manure analysis. (Facility emailed me a copy of the most recent manure analysis on 5-7-21. The manure analysis was from December 2020.)
Most recent soil analyses were not available for review at time of inspection. The most recent soil analyses available were done October 2016 and located in the CNMP. This is withn the 5 year permit requirement. Facility indicated that soil analyses are conducted every other year. I requested facility to email me a copy of most recent soil analyses.
